GiG Gaming Teams Up With Jade Rabbit
Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) and Jade Rabbit have teamed up to develop six exciting games for the online casino industry. Jade Rabbit will oversee the design process, while GiG Gaming will take ownership and release the games via its platform and partner casinos. This announcement comes as both studios are relatively new but highly promising additions to the industry, with Jade Rabbit boasting 30+ years experience in casino gaming despite being established in 2018.
What to Expect From the Partnership?
The partnership agreement covers the development of six games, with the first game set to launch in H1 2019, and at least four more to be released under the GiG platform by the end of the year. GiG’s Mathias Larsson, Managing Director, emphasized that working with leading game studios is key to providing premium games. The company is also looking at local game designers in addition to its partnership with Jade Rabbit as part of their strategy to create local games for local markets.
Jade Rabbit’s design team, in turn, sees this as a validation of their creativity and potential, with Stephen Calvert of Rabbit Studios noting that they are thrilled about the partnership.
This partnership is part of GiG’s recent drive to increase its presence in the industry. It has recently launched its in-house developed game ‘Wild Reels’, which will be part of its Casino Services. The game is now in the testing phase. The company has also recently obtained a license from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
GiG’s partnership with Jade Rabbit underscores the company’s focus on building its brand. With the addition of new games and its commitment to working with local game designers, GiG is quickly becoming a major supplier in the online casino industry.
